Return and Refund Policy

Books and Booklets: Non returnable, Non refundable.

One Day Diet has a 30 day "opened bottle" guarantee. Simply return the unused portion of One Day Diet using the return authorization number for a refund of the purchase price. All refund claims must be made within the 30 days of receiving the product.

We cannot refund shipping and handling charges.
Please contact us via telephone or email for a return authorization number prior to return. Please indicate the return number you've been issued on the outside of your return package.

Please note: There is a 20 percent restocking fee for all One Day Diet returns larger than a 1 Month Supply. For returns larger than 1 Month Supply, tamper resistant security seals must not be broken on more than one bottle of food tabs and one bottle of sun crystals capsules.

Orders

Please note: After you place your order, a charge from "Evolutionary Media Group" will appear on your credit card statement.

Delivery Information

Orders are shipped via U.S. Mail, United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx) within 21 business days. Most orders arrive within 10 business days.

Back Orders

A back order is any item that becomes temporarily out of stock. This item will ship as it is available. If it does not become available to ship within 30 days you will be updated and have an option to cancel your order.
