Return and
Refund Policy
Books, booklets, and electronic products: Non returnable, Non refundable.
One Day Diet has a 60-day "opened bottle" double guarantee. If you do not
lose the weight you wish to lose, simply return the
unused portion of One Day Diet using the return authorization number for a
refund. All refund claims must be made
in writing within 60
days of date of purchase.
We cannot refund shipping and handling charges. Upon issuing you a return
authorization number and receiving your product, your credit card will be
credited. Please allow up to 60 days for your credit to post to your
account.

Please note:
There is a $35 restocking fee for all One Day Diet month supply returns. For
returns larger
than a 1 Month Supply there is a $35 restocking fee per month supply. For returns larger than 1 Month Supply, tamper
resistant security seals must not be broken on more than one bottle of food
tabs and one bottle of sun crystals capsules.
Order
Cancellation Policy:
All orders are
automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a
10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return
Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed.
Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable
fees listed above.
Chargeback Policy:
If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by
mistake) for an order that you placed and received, there will be a $125.00
research fee charged to your account upon reversal of the chargeback by our
merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did
make the purchase and that you did receive it . NO EXCEPTIONS! - If you have
any issues regarding an order, contact us in writing BEFORE calling your
bank! If a second chargeback is presented and reversed there will be a
$485.00 research fee charged to your account upon reversal. Upon receiving a
chargeback, all chargeback customer information is logged in a National
Database of Negative Consumer information.
Fraudulent
Charges - Stolen Credit Card Purchases:
We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due
to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through New Mexico
jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law! You agree
that New Mexico law shall apply and that First Judicial District Court in
New Mexico shall be the venue for this matter.
Security
We take your
security VERY seriously. Our payment processor is the most secure processor
on the Internet today. When transferring sensitive data, we use the
strongest encryption possible to ensure the security of your transaction.
Even our live support chat is secure to ensure your privacy. It is for this
reason all account changes, return request, and Preferred Customer Discount
Autoship cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Orders
Please note: After you place your order, a charge from "EMG
onedaydiet.biz" will appear on your credit card statement.
Delivery Information
Orders are shipped via U.S. Mail, United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal
Express (FedEx) within 21 business days. Most orders arrive within 10
business days.
Back Orders
A back order is any item that becomes temporarily out of stock. This item
will ship as it is available. If it does not become available to ship within
30 days you will be updated and have an option to cancel your order.
Preferred
Customer Discount Autoship Program
Over a third of
our customers enroll in our convenient, time and money saving Preferred
Customer Discount Autoship Program (PCDA). Customers whom chose to enroll in our
Preferred Customer Discount Autoship Program automatically receive a
shipment of Summertime One Day Diet each month. Each month a charge will
appear on your statement from Evolutionary Media Group. Please allow 5 to 15
business days from the time of the charge posting to your account for PCDA
orders to arrive. Please note: A $35
re-stocking fee is charged for all returned Preferred Customer Discount Autoship orders. Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the
page must be followed for all returned Preferred Customer Discount Autoship
orders. Once enrollment is selected,
